Subnautica2Maps is a fan-made browser utility. It is designed to work without an account and without collecting raw coordinate inputs.
Data we collect
We may collect basic analytics such as page views, referrers, device class, and high-level interaction events. We do not require login for the public map.
Local progress
Found/progress markers are stored in your browser localStorage so they stay on your device unless you clear browser data.
Coordinate and route inputs
Coordinates entered into the route helper are used locally in your browser to calculate approximate distance and bearing. Raw coordinate triplets are not intentionally sent to analytics.
Third-party embeds
YouTube videos are click-to-load and use youtube-nocookie.com where possible. YouTube may set cookies after you activate an embed.
Contact and removal requests
